We dye everything custom by hand. Orders take up to 7-9 business days to ship, so please be patient with us while we work diligently to complete yours.

Frequently Asked Questions
Plan ahead! It can take up to 2 weeks (or more during high volume times) to receive your order. Each item is made-to-order, dyed meticulously by hand with fiber reactive dyes and an ice-dyeing process that takes a full 24 hours to complete. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
You can expect your items to ship or be ready for pick-up within 7-9 business days during the holiday season (October through December), but faster throughout the rest of the year.
Please select your shipping option at check out. We do offer pick up for anyone in the Chicagoland area. Use the code DOWNERSGROVE at checkout for local pick up and we will message you with instructions when your order is ready to be pick up.
All orders ship from the Chicagoland area and typically arrive within 2-5 business days. Some shipping carriers may be taking longer than usual to deliver packages.
All products are pre-washed in hot water with professional garment detergent. While the dye has been permanently affixed, we do recommend washing separately for the first few washes to ensure no extra color bleeds onto other items.
Machine was cold with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not use bleach.
For the Women's and Girl's Denim Jackets specifically, we recommend laying them flat or hanging them to dry.
Items with vinyl we recommend washing inside out, cold and lay flat to dry.
We accept returns for a full product refund within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items with custom vinyl or custom embroidery are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color we ask that you place a new order so that we can put your items into our production schedule and get them out to you in a timely manner. You can ship the original items back to us for a full product refund.
